The emphasis is on participants with competitive ambitions (HTS, Tennis Europe U12 U14 U16, ITF U18). The contest program has a limited number of places due to an individualized approach to the players. During the stay, each player will have a personalized training program and a tournament schedule based on the his/her age and level of tennis knowledge.

BEGINNER — one week

Ideal for beginners:

  • 1 hour training session per day
  • 6 hrs sessions per week
  • Groups with max 6-8 participants
  • Interesting tennis drills and games

INTERMEDIATE — one week

Program for intermediate tennis players:

  • 12 hrs of training
  • Groups with max 3-4 participants ground drills
  • Strategy and tactics on the ground
  • Physical preparation (60 min)

HIGH PERFORMANCE JUNIOR — one week

Advanced Tennis Program — 22 hrs of training (4h/day, Saturday 2hrs)
